Privacy Policy

We collect only the data that visitors provide voluntarily through the contact form: name, email, telephone (optional), country of residence, subject of the enquiry and the content of the message.

We do not use tracking cookies, we do not build profiles and we do not collect browsing data for advertising purposes.

The data is used solely to reply to the enquiry, carry out a preliminary assessment of the legal viability of the matter raised and, where applicable, present a proposal for the provision of services.

The legal basis for processing is the data subject’s consent (art. 7, I of the LGPD; art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) and, once the professional relationship begins, performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties. Sharing occurs only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the site (hosting and email delivery), acting as processors under the firm’s instructions, and with public authorities where required by law or court order.

Messages that do not result in an engagement are kept for up to 12 months. Where an engagement follows, the data is retained for the period required by the applicable professional and limitation rules, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

All information transmitted to the firm is protected by professional privilege, a duty both legal and ethical in nature. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access control, to protect the data against unauthorised access, loss or improper disclosure.

Data subjects may at any time request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, anonymisation, deletion of the data and withdrawal of consent.

Data subjects in Portugal may also lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD); in Brazil, with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
